She was born on August 8, 1975, and holds a degree in Government and Politics and a certificate in Women's Studies from the University of Maryland College Park.
Marriage to Governor Wes Moore
Dawn Moore married Governor Wes Moore in July 2007, and they have been married for over 15 years. Her husband's inauguration as Governor of Maryland made her the First Lady of the state.
